I'm Oddette Staple-Brown, and I am the founder, creative & CEO (Chief Everything Officer) here at Oh D'Luxe Candle Company.
My love for scent runs very deep. Candles, perfumes, diffusers, flowers, if it smells good, you’ve got my attention!
Candle making began as a creative outlet during the uncertainty of the pandemic, however, what started as a personal hobby quickly became something more. After one too many “you should be selling these” comments from my husband, Oh D'Luxe Candle Company was born in September 2020.
As a long-time candle lover, I craved so much more than the generic fragrances that all seemed to flood the market. I envisioned scents that were intentional, scents that told a story, evoked a memory, scents that would transport me to far away places and felt like an experience & that’s exactly what I’ve created here at Oh D'Luxe Candle Company.
Every product is made by me, in small batches in my home studio, to ensure the highest quality, using eco-friendly ingredients & materials that reflect my commitment to sustainability. Our fragrances are all thoughtfully blended in-house to stand apart from anything else on the market.
At the heart of Oh D’Luxe is not just a passion for beautiful scents, but a belief in community and impact. We strongly believe in giving back to our community, so much so, that we are committed to donating a percentage of our profits to help offer educational opportunities for the youth in our community.
