Shipping policy

Please allow 3-4 business days for items to ship. 

Once your order is processed and your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times range between 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping method, delivery destination, weather delays  and holiday shipping delays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the label is created for your order, however, the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 72 hours to update after the label has been created. After receiving your order notification email, you will receive another email notification once your order is shipped.

Once the package leaves our shop, delivery is unfortunately out of our hands. We cannot offer a refund or replace items for missing or stolen packages. If your package is missing through USPS, please reach out to them at (800) 275-8777. They will need your tracking number which can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

We will replace items that have been damaged during shipment with photographic proof of damage emailed to hello@ohdluxecandles.com within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping charges will be calculated at check out, we offer free shipping for orders of a $100 or more and free local delivery within a 5 mile radius for orders $60 and over.
