How It Works

• Billing: Your first charge happens when you subscribe. Future charges occur on the 28th of the month before your next box ships.

• Cutoff Date: Subscribe by the 15th to receive the upcoming season’s candle.
  For example: sign up by November 15th to receive the Winter box, February 15th for the Spring Box &  August 15th for the Summer Box. Subscribe after November 15th, and your first box will ship in the Spring and so on!

• Manage with Ease: Create an account to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime.

• No Refunds: Once billed, subscriptions are non-refundable. Be sure to make any changes before the 28th.

A Note on Shipping

If you’re ordering other items along with your subscription, please place a separate order to avoid duplicate shipping charges each quarter.
